Here's the preliminary Maker Faire schedule so you can plan ahead:
   Friday, May 29 - Setup                       8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
   Friday, May 29 - "Maker to Maker" Event      1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
   Friday, May 29 - "Meet and Greet"            6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

   Saturday, May 30 - Maker Faire               10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
   Sunday, May 31 - Maker Faire                 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

   Sunday, May 31 - Break Down                  6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Shifts at Maker Faire 2009

(Please state and times you are available for shifts. Please also say if you can transport orbs/equipment to MF (Friday evening or early Saturday), or from MF (on Sunday after the event) )

One word of caution: Try not to arrive at Maker Faire between 11am and 3pm, if you're coming by car. Chances are you'll be stuck in traffic for more than an hour, behind cars trying to find parking.

Fri., May 29th (Maker event)

• Marc H - I'll probably go, trying to be there 5pm-ish.
• Christie - Should be able to wfh, haul 3 orbs, etc. to/from

We're not supposed to bring in outside food, however we should have at least 1 largish vehicle in the VIP area that we can probably tailgate from.
