We bead blast the orbs to make them pretty


Ballotini type AE beads. Available here and at Grainger, bought at Grainger 8-1-08, medium-fine grit, 90-150 microns, US Sieve #100-170.

Maxustools Blast Gun bought 8-1-08 from Grainger (Brand:MAXUS, Mfr. Model #MXS40001 (Siphon Feed Blast Gun, Cast Aluminum, CFM Required @80 PSI 6, For Use With 6ZA34, 6ZA35 and 6ZA36 Portable Siphon Feed Blaster, Includes 3/16 In Ceramic Nozzle and Air Jet) uses 4.4 SCFM at 40psi, 10SCFM at 90psi. 12.4 at 125pst, max 125 psi.
